WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT AND GENERAL POLICY OF TOSIA TECH GAMES?

Please note: You can find recommended age groups on both Google Play and the Apple App Store on iTunes. However, these age and maturity ratings only apply to the content of our games (similar to the US G, PG, PG-13 movie ratings and apply to play style, animation, etc.). HOW CAN I MANAGE OR CLOSE IN-APP PURCHASES?
All our applications can be downloaded for free. However, please note that our games also offer “in-app purchases” that are entirely optional. These purchases are absolutely not required in the game, they can only be used to improve some game elements. For example, the cost of in-app purchases varies across US app stores and ranges from $ 0.99 to $ 99.99 (tax not included).
In-app purchases are made with real money, and this is always clearly stated. Purchases are accessible “inside the game”, meaning the purchase option is available within the game.
Important: You can easily manage the options to make in-app purchases, adjust password protection settings, and disable in-app purchases in the general settings of your mobile device. WHO PROCESSES IN-APP PURCHASES?
We do not process in-app purchases at TOSIA TECH and do not have access to any of your credit card information. This is because your payment transactions are made via the Apple App Store or Google Play (according to your device) via your personal e-mail address associated with your account. Post-purchase invoices are emailed to you by Apple or Google (note that the post-purchase process is managed by Apple or Google and changes, if any, are made by them).
I HAVE SEEN ANOTHER SITE OFFERING IN-GAME GOODS FOR TOSIA TECH GAMES. CAN I PURCHASE FROM HERE?
Avoid all third-party sites that promise enhancements for our games (such as “free stone” websites). These sites may capture your personal information, money, or both, and do not deliver promised in-game products. The safest way to make in-app purchases is through the game on your mobile phone. Apart from that, selling, redeeming or exchanging in-game currency violates our Terms of Service.
MY CHILD ACCIDENTALLY MADE AN APPLICATION PURCHASE. HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?
As with most downloadable software products, items purchased in our games (in-app purchases) are non-refundable. In rare cases there may be exceptions.
If the purchase was made on an Apple (iOS) device:
TOSIA TECH cannot directly process refunds for purchases made on iOS devices. Please visit Apple support and select the “Contact iTunes store support” link first, then the “Account & Billing” link and find the option that suits you best.
If the purchase was made on a Google (Android) device:
Please send an e-mail to furkansgameshelp@gmail.com and contact us directly. In your message, please indicate the name of the game for which the purchase was made and attach the invoice for the transaction. The Transaction ID (in the format GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345) at the bottom of the document should be visible. Google will email you a receipt for the transaction after each transaction.
I AM INVOICE FOR A PURCHASE I DID NOT MAKE. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I THINK THAT I HAVE A STRICT TRANSACTION?
If you or your child have not played one of our games and you think that a fraudulent transaction has been committed on your account, you should immediately contact Apple (for iOS devices) or Google (for Android devices) that manage the transactions.

For Google (Android) devices:

HOW TO USE CHAT IN TOSIA TECH GAMES?
Many of our players enjoy communicating through group chats in our games, and we work hard to create a safe and healthy environment for this. Our games do not have a private chat feature, and we regularly send you alerts not to share your personal information.
